Q: Are your Pokemon cards and sealed products authentic?
A: Yes! All cards and products sold by Pull Rush are 100% genuine Pokemon products. We source directly from trusted suppliers and verify singles before listing.


Q: What are “pulls”?
A: A “pull” is a card you get when opening a booster pack. At Pull Rush, we love the excitement of pulling chase cards, and our name reflects that thrill!


Q: What condition are your singles in?
A: Unless stated otherwise, all singles are Near Mint (NM) or better. We follow standard TCG condition grading guidelines:

  • Near Mint (NM): Minimal wear, looks fresh from the pack

  • Lightly Played (LP): Slight signs of play or small imperfections

  • Moderately Played (MP): Noticeable wear, showing consistent minor flaws

  • Heavily Played (HP): Severe wear and tear such as significant creasing, whitening, and bent corners, but is still structurally intact.

Each listing will clearly state the card’s condition.


Q: Can I request specific cards or sealed products?
A: Yes! Message us on Instagram (@pull_rush) or via Email (contact@pullrush.com.au) for any requests.


Q: Are your sealed products in good condition?
A: At Pull Rush we love seeing products being opened, however we also know the importance of sealed products being free of rips and dents, especially those in it for the long hold. For photos of the exact sealed product you will receive, contact us before purchasing to assess the quality.


Q: Can you guarantee specific pulls from sealed products?
A: No. All packs and boxes are sealed by the Pokemon Company, so pulls are completely random. That’s part of the fun! Item descriptions and photos of specific cards you can pull from sealed products are there to inform you of what you can pull, however specific pulls are NEVER guaranteed.


Q: How are singles packaged for shipping?
A: Every single card is carefully protected with:

  • Penny sleeve

  • Toploader or card saver

  • Team bag

  • Protective cardboard

We treat every order like it’s our own collection.


Q: How are sealed products shipped?
A: Sealed products are packaged securely in sturdy boxes with bubble wrap and packing material to prevent damage during transit. To protect both our customers and Pull Rush, every order is filmed during the packing and shipping process. This footage allows us to verify that the correct items were sent in the stated condition. In the event of a dispute, this video evidence will be used to resolve the matter fairly.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within Australia only. International shipping options may be added in the future.


Q: Will my order include tracking?
A: Yes, all orders are sent with tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.


Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase and take within 2-8 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your location. Express shipping takes 1-4 business days.


Q: How can I ensure my order arrives safely?
A: To keep your order secure, we highly recommend selecting Signature on Delivery at checkout. This ensures your parcel will only be handed over once someone at the address has signed for it. If you choose standard shipping without a signature, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is home.
Please note that once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided, we are not liable for loss or theft. For peace of mind, always select Signature on Delivery, especially for higher-value items.


Q: Can I return a product?
A: Pull Rush does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases. All sales are final once your order has been placed. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us so we can make it right.
